This Golden Eagle has his Eye on You
The Golden Eagle has always been Dave’s favourite bird of prey since he was a child. In Western Mongolia men still use eagles to hunt for prey and when we came upon this eagle hunter we had to stop to say hello. They are massive creatures with great strength and looking into its eyes you can see the heart of a warrior.

We don’t have any golden eagles in Australia, so I’ve never seen one before. The birds of prey are always stunning birds, but this is a great photo.
