Images of Europe, We’re HouseTrip Diplomats

If you’ve been following along on Twitter, or Instagram you’ll know that we’re in Europe at the moment. We’ve been jetsetting from one major city to another as we work as HouseTrip Diplomats showcasing how apartment rentals can give the average traveller a taste of living local.

HouseTripping Video Bloggers

housetrip-logoIt’s an exciting project for us as we’ve been hired to be the HouseTrip video bloggers. Dave and I started out taking a lot of videos of our travels long before we had a travel blog. We’d put together 22 minute episodes for our family and friends to watch when we returned from our travels. We loved making our own little travel show upon and it was our dream to host our own TV Travel Show one day.

Without putting too much effort into promoting our youtube channel, we’ve reached over 400,000 video views.

It was our goal this year to bring video back to our travels. We’ve been filming furiously from South Africa to Northern Canada this first quarter of 2013 and we’ve been loving putting story boards together for our topics here in Europe for HouseTrip.

To give you a taste of what you can expect from our videos, here’s one from our recent trip to Switzerland with Expedia.com for the Adventure Travel World Summit.

We can’t show you our videos from HouseTripping yet, you’re going to have to wait until they are featured on the HouseTrip Blog and our Website next month, but we can show you some photos capturing moments of our time with HouseTrip in Europe. Feel free to ask us any questions about living local and apartment rentals in the coming months on Twitter with the hashtag #housetripping. We’re here as diplomats to give you the answers you need!

  10. I love the idea of staying in apartments or houses while traveling Europe. We started renting apartments or houses for all our travels here in California, and it is an experience of so much more quality. Great photos, as always. Have fun!
