The Catalunya region of Spain is so diverse. From the architecture of Gaudi to the beauty of the Pyrenees it seems to have it all. I wanted to capture the beauty of Catalunya Spain in photos and put them all together in one photo story. We had the chance to experience so many great moments and witness some incredible landscapes. Catalunya is a place that surprised me so much that I want to encourage everyone to visit if they get a chance. So please enjoy….

Visit Catalunya, Spain
Have you visited the region of Catalunya Spain? Housing Barcelona, Costa Brava and the Pyrenees we think that it is one of the most diverse regions of the country. There is so much to do and we have barely scratched the surface. We’ll be going back to Spain for the fourth time later this year and we can’t wait to see what’s in store in Girona and Costa Brava and to play in the Pyrenees one more time. We’re looking forward to capturing more of Catalunya Spain in photos. Now we just have to get ourselves out there to see the rest of Spain one day soon.

WOW at the first photograph! Love your travel photos. It’s my first time visiting your blog I’m a fan already
Great pics guys! My fav is the race car
Great stuff! You did an amazing job capturing the spirit of the Catalunya region. Looking forward to getting back there this fall.
Stunning photos! I’ve hiked on the French side of the Pyrenees – the Spanish side looks different, will have to check it out!
What an amazing series of photographs!
Gorgeous photos! I especially love the ones of the buildings.
Breathtaking!
We are going there in less than 2 weeks. So excited to travel again.
Beautiful pictures as always. Especially the stuff in the Pyrenees. Andorra is on our list, so definitely looking forward to those views too.
I’d love to go to the Pyrénées! Although I go quite often to Barcelona and Costa Brava, I’ve never seen the mountains!
Wow! Unbelievable shots!
Breathtaking pictures! You are lucky to have visited these places. I am green with envy. Those colors and mood you managed to capture on camera is definitely pure talent. How much does one need to save up to get into tours like this? I really want to go on a holiday one of these days.
Really beautiful photos, the sky in the first one is unbelievable!
My favourite place in the world. Wonderful photos like this remind me why. Beautiful

Absolutely stunning. Wanderlust just sent into overdrive. Can’t wait for TBEX.
Can’t wait to see (and experience) it for myself. I’m staying on for awhile post-TBEX and already have a long (perhaps way too long) list of things that I want to do and see.
Beautiful pictures, I’ve been to Barcelona recently, great city, I loved Gaudi’s architecture!

Thanks Maria, Mucho appreciated.
What an absolutely incredible selection of photos! The first photo looks like it was taken through a kaleidoscope.
I really love the photos that you take where there is movement in certain sections and stillness in others. How do you create this effect?
I have tried taking the same photo, one with a shutter speed set fairly fast, and another with it slower. After that I lay the two photos on top of each other in photoshop and try my best to color match them. Unfortunately it doesn’t achieve the results that you have here! Tell me your secret!
Thanks for the wonderful photos, it looks like you had a great time!
Some of these photos were taken in HDR. I shoot 7 different exposures on my Canon 5Dmk2 using magic lantern. I take the photos using a tripod and layer them in post using Photomatix. That’s the secret:) Good luck with your photos and thank you for the lovely comment.
Holy cow. I’m just seeing this photo essay now, and it’s AMAZING! I need to go to Spain, ASAP!
Beautifully captured and edited photos guys. Was great meeting you finally as well (albeit briefly a few times).
Thanks Cole. Yes, conferences are always super busy and we never get enough time to talk to everyone. Time flies by and then we realize that we’ve missed spending time with so many people. But it’s still nice to connect either way. Cheers.
Thank you very much for put Costa Brava on Blogsphere. We are proud to our land an d of your congress trip.
Thank you, you certainly live in an amazing part of the world. Cheers.
Stunning photographs! Thanks for sharing these beauties! I never realized how gorgeous the Spanish Pyrenees are, we’ll have to make a visit!
