Having spent 3 months traveling around India we were lucky enough to sample some of the best Indian food that the country had to offer.   1. While Biryani is one of my favourites, sadly, there is not a single dish from the Northeast of India. Here, each of the ethnic groups has their traditional dishes. You will love to try it during your visit here.

    I am from Assam, do try “Tenga Masor Jhul”, Tupula Bhat, Sewadiya bhat (steamed sticky Bora rice), ash gourd and duck meat curry, and other ethnic cuisines.
