Croatia really turned out to be a great couples adventure destination. From Kayaking the crystal clear waters to spotting vultures in their natural habitat it has so much to offer. But as a photographer it was the stunning sunsets that really caught my eye. The colours and clarity really surprised me.
We had just landed on the island of Rab and were taken to our hotel where we were served up this amazing view. As the sun set behind the town I watched in awe as the colours changed from minute to minute. I remember asking Deb to join me on the balcony to take in the amazing scenery. There is just something about a sunset that makes you sigh, relax and have all your worries melt away.
It was a calming moment before our big adventure paddling the islands of croatia, so we soaked in the moment and took inspiration from the setting sun. The next 10 days were going to be glorious.
