Alongside my wife and travel partner, Deb, I left the 9-to-5 grind over 15 years ago to reinvent our lives through travel. Since founding The Planet D in 2008, our mission has been to show that you don't have to be a hardcore athlete to live a life of adventure.

As a proud Canadian, I'm passionate about sharing first-hand, honest travel advice. From whitewater kayaking the Zambezi to road-tripping across Canada, my goal is to provide real-world, expert tips that help you plan your own trips with confidence.
