This past year was an interesting one. We got to re-visit some places we had already been but more importantly we got to take in some of our dream destinations for the first time. We thought the best way to show you why we loved all the places we visited was through our favourite photos from each country. In Old Town Prague, I managed to frame out the masses by taking a low angle shot using the flowers to block out the crowds in front of me and shooting up towards this statue.

Getting up early on the Mongol Rally is worth it because you get to see beautiful sunrises like this one somewhere in Eastern Europe. The problem with the Mongol Rally is a lot of times you don’t know where you are, like in this picture….somewhere in Eastern Europe
Sunrise in the Czech Republic, Featuring our Car
It was a cold night camping in the Czech Republic, but we awoke to this gorgeous morning, The field was covered with dew, the fog was just begininning to lift and the sun was bursting through the clouds. It was a gorgeous start to another day of driving on the Mongol Rally from England to Mongolia.
Our Segway Tour in Prague
I’ve watched Segway tours go by in other cities and never really thought about taking one for a spin. But when Viator Tours offered us our choice of Tours in Prague, we jumped at the chance to ride a Segway around town.

Do not go to Prague as a tourist, go as a humanist, a historian, a music lover, go as anything – except a tourist. If you go as a tourist expect to see nothing on the Charles Bridge except other tourists.
