Private lower level of our 4 story townhome. The suite is closed off to the rest of the house and completely private. Your own private entrance and private outdoor space

This is the seperated basement suite of our 4 level townhome. Everything is brand new and newly renovated. Please treat our home with respect!

We arrived after dark and there were no lights on. My husband tripped and fell down the stairs and dropped the groceries we had purchased. We picked up as much of the broken glass as we could but there was no broom to pickup the smaller pieces. We contacted Sasha, and were told she we clean the rest up. The glass was still there when we left. We were staying for 5 nights and had to request standard paper products and additional towels. Sasha was very responsive to providing requested items. This property is fine for 1 or 2 nights. Don't plan on any cooking.

Lovely property + great location, with a couple hiccups

The good: Really lovely little apartment. Best location in Denver- safe and walking distance to a ton of places. Comfy bed. Stylish. The hiccups: There is a hunk of sound transfer between basement apartment and host's house above, but they evidently made a real effort to be respectful and quiet when around- we did the same. I'd say the biggest issue was the exterior door would not lock. We reached out to the host about this about an hour after checking in, and didn't get a reply until checking out the next day, which left us with an unlocked door for the evening. It is a pretty safe area, so we weren't really concerned, but it was still not ideal. Host replied next day and said they'd resolve it for future guests though- maybe check to see that's working ahead of a stay. We only had a one night stay, so I bet it would have been fixed had we stayed longer. All in all: I'd stay here again!
