Best in the Utah Southland
We've stayed at about a dozen rentals in the area and this one was the best so far. Things actually worked at the property as we have seen a downward trend in short-term rental upkeep lately.
Great property for multi-families with four master bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. There is also an extra guestroom and bath near the kitchen area.
The kitchen, indoor dining and common area was small for a property of this size, but it worked for a group of eight. The house was very clean. Amenities (towels, dishes, pots & pans, etc.) were adequate. The massive garages, pool, pool deck and water slide were fabulous. We had a great family bonding experience at this property. Truly felt like we had our own private resort with the mature palm trees, etc. The owner has put a lot of thought and investment into the property and seems to care about it where others don’t.
Funny but the biggest hit was the nugget icemaker in the kitchen. We must have refilled it with gallons of water which kept everyone cooled down and hydrated. Now everyone is going to get one for their own homes.
