The location is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is very comfortable. The room provided peace & tranquility away from the busy city. There were many windows in the room and even the bathroom providing natural light and facing a nice quiet courtyard.

We went to Venice with the bikes from Stuttgart. The staff at the hotel were very kind and made sure that we felt welcome. Because we had to leave at 5am, they arranged a breakfast box for us. The location is very close to the train station and the price and value is very good for Venice. I would pick this hotel again!

What a fantastic hotel. Hospitality and hotel experience have gotten on a downward trend over the years so it's really refreshing to see a hotel that gives you a fantastic service. I absolutely love the attention given from the front desk and made me really appreciate the stay. The rooms are so wonderful and the bathroom is just majestic. One of my best stays in a hotel in a long time, kudos to the team and management for such a wonderful service!

I would recommend Venice, but would never go in the summer.

I would recommend Venice, but would never go in the summer. Too many people and the restaurants are all touristy and not good. Every store selling cheap masks and glass figurines. It is sad that they need tourism so badly that they allow this, the city was dirty and they are charging you for everything.

What we like most about Venice are the historical sites, restaurants, and boutique shops. Considering Venice is a major tourist spot, I think it should be kept cleaned. The canal smells; also on some of the restaurants, it would be helpful if some of the employees spoke some English, since this presented language barrier.

I really loved Venice and it's so far my favorite city in Italy after visiting many other cities with cars, motorcycles, bicycles, scooters and people all mixed up together, Venice was a nice break of not having all that craziness as the city has only pedestrians and water transportation around it. It is also incredibly beautiful, has tons of history, great restaurants and amazing food! I also enjoyed visiting several islands around Venice, Murano and Burano which added some unique and cultural experience to my trip.

A glorious place — truly not to be missed! Full of charm and character. If I ever return, I would choose a cooler month than June, both for the weather and to avoid the summer crowds. Cleanliness was below average, likely due to the high volume of visitors.

June turned out not to be too busy, nor were the canals smelly, so a great time to go. Vaparreto maps and ticket buying seem complex - easiest thing to do is to buy a multi-day pass via the MyPass Venezia app, then can use the QR code to move about anywhere. Peggy Guggenheim museum was a blissful, arty oasis with a lovely spot for lunch.

The city is a wonderful place to visit — beautiful, easy to explore by boat, and incredibly well-organized. The boats are punctual, air-conditioned, and make getting around a breeze. I visited in late June, and while the weather was sunny and lovely, there was rarely a breeze, so it did get quite hot during the day. A little tip: bring a manual fan or a portable fan, and a light white scarf you can dampen with water to help keep your head cool. The city itself is charming, with friendly and welcoming staff at restaurants and shops. And the food — absolutely amazing! I ate so well throughout my holiday and truly enjoyed every meal. A lovely experience overall

My second stay was at the Le Isole Hotel in Venice. Amazing breakfast (maybe even the best you can get in hotels in all of Italy of hotels of 3-star level), cleaning services, and very kind staff. The hotel is just in the center of Venice, a few steps from St Marco and it is super easy to get to the airport and back with the ferry which goes from the Venice airport because the station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Very calm, even if it's in the center, with clean rooms and good room service. I will be back again for sure!

The hotel is located in a great location in Venice, very close to a number of waterbus stations which made it very easy to get around. The room itself was spacious with a very interesting interior design. Breakfast was good and they provided us with bag storage on our check-out day. Best location to catch a waterbus across to Lido for a beach day.
