The staff was excellent and sooooo friendly and had plenty of helpful items on hand for customers. That’s what made the stay worth it! The gym was disappointing and small but the outside pool was temperature set and so soothing.

We arrived early, front desk staff and valet attendant were very pleasant and accommodating. Room was available early so we got to check in when we arrived two hours early. Room appeared clean and AC was on which was nice. I was excited to see Keurig in the room and to know they offered a pretty good looking free breakfast.

The location is convenient and pretty easy to get to. The view from the top floor room was nice and we could see an unobstructed view of the Parthenon.

    We had so much fun in Nashville!

    We had so much fun in Nashville! We took a tour around the city, which was well worth our time. I would highly recommend it in order to get a feel for the city. Ryman Auditorium is so iconic. The honkytonk area was a hoot! At some point in the future we will be heading back to Nashville to spend more time there.

    Our hotel was awesome!

    Our hotel was awesome! Our downtown experience was pretty good. There were some issues at one of the bars, where we had bought tickets for the rooftop. We will not be going there again, but will visit some other places, which we didn’t have time for this time.

    Owner was rude the cleaning lady barged into my room after taking a bath we had no microwave we never got any silence. I hope to receive a partial refund for my experience here was worst hotel ever stayed in.

    Nashville was such a fun and safe city—perfect for a group...

    Nashville was such a fun and safe city—perfect for a group trip! Compared to other party cities like New Orleans, we felt very comfortable walking around, even at night. We loved the rooftop scene—especially the one at the Graduate Hotel, which had amazing views and a great vibe. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any rooftop on Broadway—they’re all lively and fun! One of our favorite spots was the V modern Italian restaurant—delicious food and a stylish atmosphere. The overall food scene is great, with a mix of trendy spots and Southern comfort classics. Getting around was super easy and fast with Lyft. If you're traveling with friends, Nashville has the perfect mix of music, food, and energy!

    Beautiful vibrant city. Loved our stay there. Also the fact you can walk round the city sites and feel safe. Bars are great and accessible throughout the day and and obviously night, live entertainment, so good. Favourite Bar Morgan Wallens, like being at a concert.

    The place was clean and comfy. Its also alot cheaper than staying downtown. Stay here, get an uber to and from Broadway for a few evenings and save yourself hundreds of dollars. Its no frills and theres not anything else to do here but we knew that and it does what it says on the tin at the right price. The staff were nice and helpfull when ever we needed them, all good. We did walk five mins to Jacks BBQ in Trinity Lane, apperently the original one. Gotta say, its the best brisket and smoked turkey ive ever had :)

    The staff was very nice and helpful at all times during the stay. They helped in case of any questions and gave advice regarding shopping/sightseeing (I do recommend the broadway in the evening). The hotel is central and it takes around 10mins by car to the airport and around 15mins to Nashvilles downtown area. There were no safety concerns as the property has security on ground during night time and cameras. If you have any concerns you can call the front desk anytime.

    The front desk staff Smith i think was his name was very friendly. Downtown Nashville is nice and the bus stop is just 2 blocks away from the hotel. Awesome location near the airport.
