Great location. We were just 15 minutes away from broadway and downtown Nashville. Definitely a very convenient spot if you want to drive less and make it to your destination quicker. Bed was comfy and the water pressure in the bathroom shower was pretty great! That definitely stood out to me. Overall a great stay and definitely a big plus with the location!

It was easy to get into and out of the city. There’s lots to do downtown. Can easily park on arrival and not need a car until ready to leave. We felt safe walking around - even at 1 or 2 am. Police maintain a good yet unobtrusive presence. However, Nashville isn’t the most pedestrian friendly city. It’s a long wait for the walk light and on multiple occasions pedestrians had the walk light but traffic also appeared to have the green light (?) They do close several blocks to traffic on and around Broadway on weekend nights, which is very nice. Dining options are numerous and range from very casual to extravagant. Broadway and surrounding area is just a fun place to be with live music everywhere. If you like to smoke a cigar and have a drink in pleasant surroundings, check out Aristo - it was one of our favorite places. Check out Martin’s BBQ and the huge food court on 5th for good eats. The burlesque show at Skulls Rainbow Room was a blast - very talented dancers, singers and band.

Nashville is a great city with so much to do!
Nashville is a great city with so much to do! We went to two museums, sightseeing, shopping, great food, great live music, so many friendly people and great weather and so many great bars!
Patsy Cline and Johnny Cash are both great museums. So much personal artifacts and information. Bars are great. I loved Friends in low places, Hank Williams Jr, Kid Rock, Ole Red, Tootsies, Twelve Thirty, Miranda Lambert (very cute place!)and Luke Bryant’s to name a few! All great music!

There’s something for everyone in Nashville.
There’s something for everyone in Nashville. The live music is everywhere and there’s no need to go to the congested, touristy Broadway to see it. And if you aren’t a big country music fan (we aren’t), there’s an awesome zoo, a wax museum, a fantastic assortment of restaurants for every palate, great coffee shops and the Musician’s Hall of Fame is a must for music lovers. Oh, and if you’re a hockey fan, go see the Pekka Rinne statue by Bridgestone.
Tip: if you’re driving to downtown, the library parking garage has the best rates and it’s walkable to Broadway.
Some of our favorite places to eat were Nectar Urban Cantina, M. L. Rose, Big Bad Breakfast, Loveless Cafe (just do it, you don’t want to pass on this place), Hugh Baby’s for regular and veggie smash burgers and Nashville Coffees has the best lattes (try the Music City latte with hazelnut, cinnamon and honey!). A little hidden treat we discovered in our way out was Fox Donuts - tiny place with delicious donuts.
The Ole Smokey moonshine distillery was also a lot of fun.
Be mindful of your surroundings - not all of the city is safe. Like anywhere else.
And if you don’t mind driving, be sure to hit up a Buc-ees, Dollywood, or the beautiful park areas throughout TN, VA or KY.
This is just a great city to experience, everyone should come here at least once.

Visiting Nashville for the first time was great.
Visiting Nashville for the first time was great. Found everyone very friendly and helpful. Most people very happy walking around Third Ave. Lots of shops, bars and food. We visited Bar Louie quite often. For a survey they give you a free dish with corn chips which was quite hefty. Also ate at Paula Deen's,. Loved it.. It's right opposite the mall.

Two days in Nashville was perfect.
Two days in Nashville was perfect. We wanted to see and feel the vibe of Broadway and do some shopping for Western apparel. Pleasant surprises were the excellent food (try the amazing Locust if you can get a table) and the 12South district, which is cool for shaping and dining. Also, don't miss the view from the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridgewalking bridge across the Cumberland River.

The food was good.
The food was good. My favorite place was Friends in Low Places. Try their fried pickles. Out of this world. Do not get a drink at Freebird. On top of regular tax they charged us a 24% alcohol tax. We were informed everyone on Broadway charged this. That was a lie. The only place that charged that was Freebird. Gaylord Opryland Resort was beautiful.
Very close to the airport so take an uber - much less than a cab. The only place to eat nearby is the Waffle House Across the street. We took advantage of a shuttle $15 each to Broadway each day. You can use as often as you need but once we were downtown we didn't return but still worth it. First night return a cab was $35! Nashville is very busy but so much fun! We booked a Nashtrash tour ahead and glad we did. Hop on Hop off bus is great. The museums are fantastic - many choices. White sheets/towels and very clean.
We loved the room since we have one adult child and a teenager. We really need a second bathroom and this didn’t disappoint. The price was comparable to 2 hotel rooms nearby. We had the convenience of home, but we stayed but a few days. I loved that there was dishwasher & washing machine detergent. Also, we walked everywhere in Nashville in less than 15 minutes. I never felt unsafe. Also the Mexican restaurant visible from our room was absolutely delicious- convenient & late hours- definitely worth a try!
Hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! Located beside the airport so of course there were occasional noises from flyovers but was not an issue. Extremely convenient if you are using the airport, they have an included transportation service to and from the airport/hotel. We were visiting for downtown Nashville and booked this hotel because it was cheaper than downtown. We took an Uber and it was definitely worth it. Really enjoyed our stay.
I liked this hotel alot. The room was very modern and the bed was very comfortable and most likely a thicker memory foam type mattress as I did not feel any springs or bounce. There was a great selection of food for breakfast and I came away feeling full and ready to start my day. This hotel is a great value and was cheaper then many others in Nashville, but located right by the airport and right off of I40 so great for a travel stop.
the apartment is CUTE, CLEAN and close to Vanderbilt, restaurants and all of what makes you feel like you’re apart of the real city of Nashville. It’s not walking distance to Broadway, if that’s what you want, but it’s a cheap Uber ride to get there. I am a doctoral student at Vanderbilt and was looking for something close to campus that wasn’t a hotel and this place checked al of my boxes. I will stay here again.
Spacious apartment. Comfy beds. Good location to get into Nashville via the bus stop opposite the apartment (Uber or Lyft are quite cheap alternative options to reach or return from downtown quickly). Ear plugs were provided should you use the bedroom facing the street (car noise). Lots of places to eat/drink locally should you not want to go downtown. Adequate car parking. Felt like a safe area to stay in.
This hotel is located in a nice safe area near Opryland/Opry Mills. Room was clean. Loved that there was a shuttle service that picks you up and brings you back from downtown! Continental breakfast was simple but good. Renee was absolutely wonderful! Very kind, welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again!
Everyone was so nice from the front desk to the valet and bell captains. I travel often and the staff at this hotel was the best!
The location was just a couple block walk to the main strip so I keep my car at the hotel and did not have find parking downtown for dinner and site seeing
Definitely was the best hotel that I ever had stayed in.
The pool was good, breakfast was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The best part is they offer a shuttle to the airport and also a shuttle to downtown.
I would stay at the hotel again if I go back to Nashville.
Absolutely loved the meals provided and the cocktails included with the stay and the hot tub and the staff was wonderful, will definitely go back to the Drury Plaza Hotel in downtown Nashville again and all our friends agree it was awesome!
The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable with lots of space especially as a solo traveler.
Free shuttle to airport through the hotel and cheap shuttle into downtown through third party
good location for the price. we walked into downtown Nashville and it’s def achievable if you’re a walker! good gym and coffee shop nearby. lovely shower! and Netflix included!
Position close to downtown, breakfast (I have some food intolerances, staff at kitchen have been helpful), room wide, multistory parking (even if not really cheap)
