Lots to see and do here. Obviously the focus is on music, but there is much more to the city than that. I enjoyed the guided tour of the state capitol. And the Parthenon replica is amazing! If you're into presidential history, Andrew Jackson's Hermitage is a must!

There were many restaurant options near the hotel and I chose the bar-b-cue place - Bar-B Cutie - because I can't get real bbq in Connecticut. The beans were great, pulled pork pretty good, fried cornbread interesting, but the staff was very friendly and I had a great conversation with some locals at the next table. Much more interesting than the Panda Express around the corner I'm sure!

We stayed in Nashville just before the CMA Festival and for a few days afterwards. The city is vibrant but can be a little overwhelming during the festival period if you're not prepared for it. The city felt very safe, even down some of the side streets where some of the more interesting bars are located. The city is also impeccably clean, which was a surprise given how much is going on there. It is certainly a musical hub for country and line dancing and there is no shortage of things to do. The museums are superb and well worth a visit. If you're British, don't make the mistake of ordering starters and mains in most restaurants - the portions were huge (even in high-end restaurants) - apparently most locals only order one or the other! If you like line dancing with a bit of instruction, Category 10 is the place to go. The food is good too. For a more intimate music experience, visit Redneck Riviera on Broadway - great in the mornings too. Luke Bryan's bar is also worth a visit - fantastic bands playing most of the time with a great vibe. Outside the city, a must-do is the General Jackson paddle ship which has live music as it travels up and down the river. We paid for the VIP experience and it was worth every penny. Highly recommended. Finally, a visit to the Grand Ole Opry just has to be done - it is incredible.

Always love to visit Music City and the surrounding areas.
Always love to visit Music City and the surrounding areas. We beat the crowds of CMAFest and opted for the few days leading up to the big event. It was great to visit with our friends who flew in from Australia and even though we drove into the city each day the parking was affordable and easy to navigate using Spot Hero App. We visited the bars and restaurants, favorite was Kid Rock's and Luke Combs Bar and we took an Uber to the Gultch as well. The SkyDeck was incredible for the Kick Off show and meeting a few of the artist was a plus. The pool and hotel were just lovely and the people were friendly and seemed happy to be there as well.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, not just because of the popcorn in the lobby. We were upgraded to a suite thanks to my Genius level. The hotel was modern and felt like a place you would want to stay for awhile. It had comfortable beds, good lighting and lots of plugs for charging. The shower was hot with good pressure.
There was a gym available and a decent hot breakfast in a comfortable eating space.
This hotel is near the airport. They have gated outdoor parking. It was easy to take an Uber downtown.
The room was excellent but we did have a king suite which was very big especially for two people. Room was clean, bed comfortable and all the utensils needed for a kitchen, although we did not use. Breakfast was adequate although could get busy at peak time and not enough seating. We used Uber to get to downtown Nashville so location was fine as it would have been substantially cheaper if closer. Uber was between $7 and $15 depending upon time and we were there at weekend.
Wow, we loved this hotel! It’s so beautiful. Even the elevator was stunning!! Neon signs made it soo vibey. We told them when booking that it was our honeymoon and they not only upgraded our room but also left prosecco, popcorn and chocolate in our room with flower petals on the bed. Staff were really friendly and valet parking was straightforward. Great location near broadway too. Really recommend if you have a little more money to spend on hotel :)
It's hard to find a better location to stay in Nashville. The hotel is right across from the Four Seasons, which is one of the best hotels in the city. The room is spacious, with a kitchen and all the amenities for an excellent stay.
