La Casa del Gigante is an upscale luxury villa in the most exclusive location of Monterosso. This prestigious villa in Monterosso is part of the construction near the famous giant statue, Il Gigante. The Giant is the symbol of Monterosso village. From this statue the house derives its name. The building is an art creation of the famous Italian architect Claudio Andreani. While Piero Pinto, one of Italy’s most famous and sought-after interior designers, created the interiors. Its history is curious and charming. Its architecture is brilliant and welcoming! It is a unique privilege to rent this villa in Monterosso, Cinque Terre! The place has a distinctive trait: huge arched windows that lighten the dining and sitting area of the villa. The property concept is that of a huge cave protected by these giant window panes. The glass let the sea and the sky enter and lighten the indoor spaces. The construction is well recognizable from Vernazza, resembling the base on which the Giant statue rests. Cinque Terre Riviera Plus: 1. Free welcome breakfast on your first morning in Vernazza 2. Our concierge office in Vernazza is open from 09:30 a.m. to 13:30. and from 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm from mid-March to early November

Monterosso al Mare is the largest village of the Cinque Terre. It is also the most accessible village of the 5, easy to walk around and the one with an amazing, with a stunning stretch of beach right in town. Here beaches are equipped with umbrellas, showers, beach chairs, restaurants and cafeterias. Monterosso is a favorite among young travellers, couples and families. It’s divided into two sides, the old village, Paese Vecchio, and the newer area, Fegina, where the big beaches are.
