Residenza Nicolò III is on the 5th floor of an elegant building with lift and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The entrance of the apartment overlooks a large, long corridor leading to all the rooms in the house:

The location of Residenza Nicolò III is ideal for a roman stay, the apartment is in fact in a central area but not chaotic and you can move either on foot or by bus.
Just a few meters from the house there is the bus stop 64 which leads directly to Termini, Rome's main hub for trains, buses and metro.
If you would like to take a trip outside Rome, San Pietro Station is at 170m.

THE DISTRICT
The Aurelio district takes its name from the same street, at the beginning an Etruscan area, then used as an area of cultivation, knows its development after 241 BC. It is famous for the many clay caves and furnaces that are remembered in local toponymy. As the years go by, the district expanded and, now a days, is considered one of the most beautiful and authentic district of Rome.
In this quiet neighborhood, day out you can shop or enjoy typical Roman cuisine, in the evening you can relax by strolling through its quiet streets or by having an aperitif in one of the many bars and clubs.

Home away
Lucia is a very thoughtful Host who provides everything one could need (even a shopping trolly for trips to the neighborhood supermarket.) This place is particularly perfect if you are spending time at the Vatican.

Comfortable apartment / short walk to the Vatican
The apartment is in a nice building with an elevator. It's very nicely furnished and comfortable. There are restaurants and a grocery store that is within a short walk. Anna was such an excellent host. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful stay near St. Peter's Bascilica
Lucia's apartment was wonderful for every aspect of our trip. It is a very short walk to St.Peter's Basilica -- we walked there every day during our stay. Bus #64 stop is right there, which takes you to the key spots in Rome! The kitchen was simple but had everything we needed for our 5 nights in Rome. Lucia was by far the most warm and kind host we met: she met us at the apartment and went over how to get around the city as well as the neighborhood (restaurants, grocery stores etc). We traveled with our two kids (8 and 13) and they loved the building and the cool elevator! We will definitely stay in Lucia's place again for our next time in Rome !

Lovely, clean apartment short distance to Vatican City!
We really enjoyed our stay in Lucia’s bright, super clean apartment. There were 5 of us total (me, my husband, 4-year-old daughter, aunt and cousin). Her communication was excellent and she gave very clear instructions for self check-in and out when we arrived later than expected. The only thing I would warn about is the elevator. You have to wait for the beeping to end before opening or closing the doors or you might get stuck! We later noticed there was a warning about it in the elevator, but it was obviously written in Italian, so my aunt and 4-year-old got stuck immediately upon arrival. Fortunately some very kind neighbors helped them out and instructed them how to get the elevator moving again. Once we understood that, it was very easy going forward. We were also very lucky to grab a parking spot immediately in front of the apartment the night we arrived. You can buy parking passes down the road for 4 euro a day, so we were able to leave our car there the full 4 days. Overall an excellent experience and I highly recommend this apartment!
