The location in Loreto was perfect. The hotel overlooks the quiet beach area at the end of the malecon. The hotel is old, dating from the 60s, and needs up-dating in the gardens and rooms. The pool was nice to relax in and move after a long drive. The bar area is new and overlooks the beach. Their happy hour is impressive with the most delicious margaritas that beat any I've ever tasted anywhere! The bar tenders are great, and I would suggest stopping there before going out for dinner. It is an easy walk along the Malecon to the middle of Loresto's plaza area where you can find shops and restaurants.

This is a beautiful town. Totally walkable. There are mamy beautiful galleries. Music on the plaza in early evening. Free from the cartel violence that has come to other resort towns in Mexico. The food is delicious. So many unique restaurants. Lots of activities focused around the water.

We loved the tour out to Coronado Island.
We loved the tour out to Coronado Island. As well as the trip to San Javier and our Tabor Canyon hike. We ate in many little restaurants such as Pan que Pan, Dory Luz, and Orlando. All wonderful experiences. The square with music in the evening was a great place to relax.

Loreto is a very comfortable and small town with good restaurants. I favorites were Claudia's, Orlandos, and Mi Loreto. When in Loreto, be sure to visit the Mission San Javier and also take a trip out to Isla Coronado.

This was our fourth trip over a 12 year period to Loreto.
This was our fourth trip over a 12 year period to Loreto. Good food is easy to find, but good authentic food Super Burro,
Caesars and Cafe Ole are getting scarce. Food seems like it has been tamed down. Loreto is a safe family destination.

Loreto is a very pretty, tourist friendly town.
Loreto is a very pretty, tourist friendly town. Streets are easy to walk and safe. There are many shops, restaurants and hotels in a close area and walking the Malecon is beautiful. It is a great place to start an excursion on the water or in the mountains.
This is my third visit to Loreto and I would readily visit again.
There isn't really anything I don't like about it.

This hotel is a lively place to stay.
This hotel is a lively place to stay. The courtyard with the pool is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The staff is very nice. The room was nice- basic and clean. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We went to Orlando’s. The fish was delicious. There is even a little convenience store next door. Lots of coffee shops- even one next door. We felt comfortable walking the dog in the neighborhood.

Rooms matched the photos exactly.
I had the smaller room which was fine, but a weird layout.
My travel partner had the larger room which was nicer and obviously was more spacious.
Wifi was good and fast enough, shower was hot and nice.
The hotel has a garden to sit in with a big bird cage full of budgies. Really nice to look at.
Then neighborhood is quiet and there is a convenience store around the corner.
Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything we could possible need during our stay. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, that made our stay that much nicer. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well, and we appreciated the convenient location for exploring downtown Loreto and area on foot. Would highly recommend!
The hotel is in a great location with friendly service and lots of options in the hotel and locally for drinks and dining. The view across the Sea of Cortez is just beautiful and the balcony provides a great place to start your day as the sun rises over the horizon.
