Yesterday we wrote about the 10 things we Hate about Travel. You didn’t think that we would just leave you with that would you? We had to counter that negative post. We love to travel and believe me, we love more things about travel than we hate. Otherwise we wouldn’t be doing it. The problem with writing this post was narrowing it down to only 10 things. We love so much about travel that we could have written 100 things that we love about it. But we don’t want to bore you to death.
I know what your thinking, how can you hate anything about travel? How dare you complain. You are lucky enough to be able to travel the world and hey if you don’t like it then why don’t you just stop traveling? We could have put in things like sub standard rooms or questionable transportation, but we really don’t hate that stuff. We could talk about touts and scam artists or getting ill and lacking the comforts of home. But we don’t hate that either. We could talk to you about a lot of things. But the list below is about the things that really irk us time and again.

Here are a few that we either encountered or heard about during our travels through the country and hopefully will help you when you travel to India or another developing country in the world.
Long term travel can be tough. After a couple of months on the road, it becomes work. You are no longer in that honeymoon phase of excitement. Every day has been one site, temple, trek or museum after another. Sometimes, after you have been busy being a tourist for weeks on end, all you want to do is nothing. Here are some signs that told Dave and I that we just may have a little bit of travelers Fatigue.
We have received a few emails lately asking us how we travel the world. People want to know what we do in our day to day lives to save and budget and people want to know how we afford it. Many people are so afraid to take a chance to follow their dreams that they forget to live. As travelers, we view life as living, not the amount of things that you have in your possession. If you are feeling the same way, you just may want to check out the links that we have listed above.
