We stayed in one of the two bedroom "luxury suites". This suite indeed had 2 rooms but could only be called "luxury suite" if by luxury you mean facilities resembling a 1990s roadside motel in anywhere North America. The decor was drab, dated and haphazard-cheap motel canvas prints stuck on wall here and there, brown walls, dark wall to wall carpeting, mismatched furniture (a tiny grey loveseat and one teal plaid upholstered chair) and a deck that faced the main road to Lake Louise with all its' traffic and noise. This was disappointing in so high a priced a property, but the deal breaker was the bed. The pillows were huge, hard and so uncomfortable no one could sleep. When i told the front desk about this I got a shrug and a "I'll let management know". I felt totally ripped off!!!

The lake is amazing and excels all the comments made about it. Would have liked more time to hike in the area, so allow a couple of days. The Hostel was great, especially as they provide dinner and breakfast

We come to Lake Louise evey year for a few days of downhill skiing with friends. We love to ski at Lake Louise, especially when the weather is clear, the views are spectacular! We stay at the HI hostel in Lake Louise which has good facilities, and a great location.

I was ticking a long held bucket list to stay here on this beautiful lake in the Fairmont. ✔️🎉
The service was exceptional in every way, the massage at the spa was indulgent and perfect.
We had a hire car as we were travelling from Australia and the concierge always had it ready and warm for our day’s adventures!

Given the price level, we were expecting something special.
Given the price level, we were expecting something special. In fact it was our worst experience as we travelled across The Canadian Rockies.
Woken by rodents and the shuttle staff who were located near our room.
Was an anticlimax as we were really looking forward to staying here. Way outside of our normal budget and sadly way below average standards

It's a great place to visit if you have just one day and would like to do a lot. You can leave your car near the lake, and the walk to the lake won't take too long. Lake Louise is very beautiful during the summer (after June 21) and also lovely during the winter. My recommendation is to always check the photos of the lake before commenting so it will be a surprise for you if on May 26 it still has ice on top.

It is a small hotel/ inn around Lake Louise. The check-in was easy. The cafe was nice. The staff at the hotel and the cafe were wonderful and very welcoming. The downstairs lobby was great too. Ample parking. Good wifi too, which comes in handy when there is almost zero reception. There is a shuttle service to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. Overall a nice stay for 2 days (but longer would be difficult to manage).
The hotel is a stroll away from Lake Louise so you can beat the traffic and walk over to suit, it was literally 3 minutes away on foot. the hotel is 'quirky' kind of high end rustic. the restaurant and bar are great and we ate there both nights. the setting is lovey with the sounds of wildlife outside the door.
The property is a set of log cabin designed accommodation, located in a relatively remote location about 20 minutes from Lake Louise. Although the outside can look somewhat rustic, the inside of the cabins are superb. Clean, up-to-date and extremely impressive.
The breakfast was great. The location is good, located in the heart of the town Lake Louise, it is conveniently a few minute drive to either the Lake Louise itself or to the Parks Canada Shuttle parking lot.
