Good spot, plenty of parking on the street. 3 story, so be aware if you have trouble with stairs

Wick is a wonderful harbour town with lots of amenities in and beyond the town for the tourist. The harbour is a lovely walk and has a great deal of history attached to it, especially around the 'silver darlings' industry. A 'must go to' place to visit when in Wick is the Wick Heritage Museum, just a short walk up behind the harbour. Close by Wick are the Whaligoe Steps, Reiss Sands, Castle Sinclair Girnigoe, and several close by brochs. Further afield, I would recommend a trip out to Dunbeath with its little harbour (where Tasty Toes sells the best crab brioche rolls!), museum above the harbour and a lovely walk to yet another broch along the footpath by the wee bridge under the A9.
So many reasons to visit Wick - come and see for yourself....

I have been to Wick many times.
I have been to Wick many times. Caithness is a spectacular location. Our 7 year old grandson loved the remote beaches and harbours .Handling a snake, a Gecko and a Tarantula at the Caithness Farm park at Lybster was a lot of fun

Wick is a typical northern Scottish town.
Wick is a typical northern Scottish town. Plenty of history and if you are lucky with the weather, lot of outdoor things to explore.
A couple of nice tea shops as well as a range of hotels and eateries to suit all tastes.
It benefits from a rail service from Inverness (four trains per day) and surprisingly good bus services. Handy for visiting the famous John'o'Groats tourist magnet - best visited out of season on a fine day.

John O'Groats was a great base to visit lots of fantastic beaches, clifftops and locations by the sea and see a lot of the NC 500 route. We saw puffins for the first time at the breathtaking stacks close by- I think I was more excited than my 12 year old child! Thanks for an incredibly satisfying holiday. We even had the sunshine all week

Lovely walk along the south cliffs.
Lovely walk along the south cliffs. We went by train so where only in Wick. Very disappointing town centre. It looks deserted and nothing much to see. Walks were nice but 24 hours is as long g as you want to stay

We spent Christmas in Wick so we didn’t do much shopping in the town. We had a lovely meal at Wickers World, very near the flat on the harbour. We also had a great meal at John o’ Groats, and enjoyed shopping there.

The price for rooms was absolutly not in balance with the rooms.
The rooms were outdated and not compare with the price; also the dinner wasn’t really of high quality.
Breakfast was very poor! And also the staff at the reception was absolute not friendly to us.
Wick is a beautiful place but this hotel doesn’t know what hospitality is.
The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good menu selection in the restaurant. There was lots of offering for breakfast both hot and cold. We slept very well during our stay.
One of the best B&Bs we have stayed at. Delightful mother and daughter hosts. Great breakfast. By far the best accommodation we have stayed at during our two weeks in Scotland.
I liked everything! The landscape, the house, the hosts. The authenticity of that part of the Island. Blingery is the perfect location for visiting the Far North of Scotland.
