We have been a couple of busy little Canadian Beaver ‘s this week working on our blog. We have taken the summer to work on refining ThePlanetD and finding companies to partner with. It is a lot of work and we are entering foreign territory. We have been working on code and making a few changes.

It wasn’t until this past April that we actually looked into the business of Blogging. We stumbled upon it really, we were looking into travel writing and how to submit to magazines and newspapers. As we followed links from one blog to another looking for information, we came across a great travel website called NomadicMatt.com We have learned a great deal in the past 6 months and one of the biggest contributors to our progress has been by following Matthew Kepnes word of wisdom in How to Make Money With Your Travel Blog.
So it is the beginning of another week and as I sum up the post, I see that yes we did make some steps forward this week. Not giant steps, but baby steps. Every week there is something that keeps me going. I recently read a post on a website that stated that most Bloggers give up too soon and probably just when they were about to have a breakthrough. There is no way that we are going to quit writing and running this blog. We love it, but I must say, that I really hope that a breakthrough is on the horizon.
So, we are leaving for our next travel around the world in less than four months and we are feeling pretty pleased with the direction that our website is going, but we are feeling very overwhelmed with everything else that has to be done.
It has been a busy week out there in cyberspace. We have been working solidly on rebuilding our blog for a couple of months now and time flies when you are on the computer for days on end.
