It is hard to believe you are already into the race. It sounds incredible, but it is too bad that you haven't been feeling well Deb. It is a huge change in activity, lifestyle and climate, so it is only natural that it will take awhile to adjust. I'm sure you will be 100% in no time- you can totally do it!!!!! It is amazing that you and Dave have each other for support and encouragement. We watched your Plan video- it is fantastic. I am blown away that will all of the travelling and racing you are still able to create and edit such a great video!! We will be watching intently for more! You guys are truly amazing. One of my motivations to getting out of the ICU and hospital and back home was so I cuold follow you guys. We're thinking of you all the time. By the time you get home, I'll be a fine form to sit and drink wine with you on the deck. AND...almost 1 month and no smoking. I don't even crave it. Shawn quits next week.
