Thanks Amy and Shannon for your comments. It is a very unique organization. I think that it can really help connect donors to organizations in need. Like you all said, video can really convey what is needed. People watching a well put together documentary can be moved to do far more than listening to a presentation or pitch. I think that this project is very innovative.

What a great organization. Just like the saying that A picture is worth a thousand word. Video can be very powerful and I think help deliver the message is a broader way than any words can do. One picture or one short clip even without words can help communicate the need of the community. Bravo to the project and thanks for sharing!

It is true Baron. It is hard to believe when we travel to see that some parts of the world are frozen in time. It is unforgivable in this day and age that people are struggling to fee themselves and their families. Luckily we have great organizations like Rebecca’s out there doing there best to help.

I agree Marina, Video is a powerful tool. It gives people the chance to really experience a moment more intimately through sound, facial expression and movement. I am looking forward to more documentaries from the Paradigm Shift Project.

The world is getting smaller in some parts of the world as we have global communication s access…but hasn’t changed in other parts as people are still struggling just to feed themselves and their children…so globalization isn’t just here yet…a lot more work ahead of us…but a good start

I love that you can get in there and film it all. Representing it in a visual way, is always more powerful and gets the message across to everyone better.

I find that when I talk about things, they don’t come off as powerful as the visual!

Very inspiring post!
