A travel video of Canada’s Adventure Couple reaching Mount Everest Base Camp on the EBC Trek. This is the final video in a series where ThePlanetD actually visits the Khumbu Ice Field and stands at an empty base camp. We arrived early in the season where the weather was perfect, the sky was clear and the crowds were little. I would much rather be at base camp with no one around than to be bothering the actual expeditions that were going on.

Arriving in March was the optimal time. It was a tough walk at some very high altitude for a prolonged amount of time, but reaching Mount Everest Base Camp was worth the struggle.
